This study examines the educational journey and professional challenges faced by performing artists holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Utilizing an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) methodology, research delves into lived experiences ten BFA holders in arts, exploring their motivations, career trajectories, impact education on personal lives. For purposes this study, term "performing artist" is limited to those with that specialize artistic discipline as dancers, singers, actors. The explores how degree prepares for multifaceted competitive landscape arts industry. highlights rigorous training grounding provided programs. Further, necessary skills navigate complexities employment, casting, sustainability sector. Moreover, reveals broader implications these health well-being artists, noting physical emotional strains inherent profession. findings suggest need institutions adapt curricula support systems. Additionally, underscores performers face - intense competition roles, subjective casting practices, economic instability, evolving nature industry influenced digital media social change. Through interplay between education, domain, recommendations future practice are suggested.--Author's abstract

Purpose Innovation for service contributes to quality and customer satisfaction, further benefits service-centered organizations sustain competitive advantages. However, concurrent mediating moderating mechanisms underlying innovation at both the group individual levels have been scarcely investigated. The purpose of this study is explore multilevel behind relationship between dual-level transformational leadership (TFL) levels. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from two countries (i.e. China Australia). Multilevel structural equation modeling was employed validate research model. Bootstrapping with 5,000 replications latent moderated used respectively examine mechanisms. Findings cross-national results showed that task interdependence creative role identity played as group-level individual-level roles TFL service. It also found a cross-level predictor enhancing Task moderator on among Australian employees, but not Chinese employees. by Originality/value This advancing TFL–innovation through revealing antecedent extends understandings

Forced virtualisation and digitisationsuch as the COVID-19 pandemicsignificantly affect quality of creative process within aesthetic situation, depending on form participation in visual arts.The arts creator, managing must take into account new optics concerning components situation because otherwise, his work will be incomprehensible or unattainable for recipientsnot due to low artwork, but artwork virtualised circumstances may change its features.The features vary creator recipient.This paper focuses creator's perspective.Management field have three dimensions: self-management, a cultural institution.Each these dimensions is characterised by different issues; however, they also common denominators need consider metaphysical nature essence situation.This aims analyse changes artistically understood management which takes place: traditionally, i.e. in-person virtually using digital methods.Literature analysis empirical qualitative research interviews with creators did allow answer following questions: 1) How do forced digitisation an regarding arts? 2) Which parameters are losing gaining connection arts?The presented results show subject modifications arts.

Objective: The aim of this publication is to analyze the value number new cases and deaths from COVID-19 in selected European Union countries: Poland, France Belgium.Research Design & Methods: Data were collected on-line database: https://covid.ourworldindata.org/ data/owid-covid-data.xlsx, which demonstrate daily due pandemic. forecast was based on a linear trend function 7-period moving average, using Statistica 13 software.Findings: test results facilitated an evaluation diversity assessed countries. Implications Recommendations: From obtained results, it can be concluded that pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus will end 2021, about year after first case appeared Europe, provided vaccines are also effective against mutated form virus.Implications Based China, where ended year, assumed EU countries win fight Covid-19 at similar time forms virus.
