The aim of this study was to analyze whether sea cucumber supplementation after weight training can reduce pain intensity in healthy people. This experimental research uses a pre- and post-control group design. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. divided into two groups, namely K1 with placebo K2 at dose 500 mg. Supplementation given capsule form. Twenty men took part study. Data collection carried out for 3 days. On the first day, subjects collected characteristic data. After that, asked warm up then do training. Twenty-four hours training, initial data by examining intensity. Then intervention based on their respective groups. Seafood by-products from various organisms like fish, shellfish, squids, and bivalves are often thrown away as waste, even though they could be utilized in creating new types of valuable foods. Up to 75% the entire organism consists industrial processing wastes, which can lead a loss profit ecological sustainability if natural resources not recycled efficiently. Various fish parts byproducts, such heads, viscera, skin, bones, scales, exoskeletons, pens, ink, clam shells, categorized waste based on their weight percentages, vary depending species taxonomy. Abstract This study aims to analyze whether sea cucumber supplementation after weight training can increase ROM in healthy men. experimental research employs a pre- and post-test control group design. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique divided into two groups: K1 (placebo) K2 (sea supplementation, 500 mg). The was administered capsule form.
