Abstract
This
study
aims
to
analyze
whether
sea
cucumber
supplementation
after
weight
training
can
increase
ROM
in
healthy
men.
experimental
research
employs
a
pre-
and
post-test
control
group
design.
Subjects
were
selected
using
purposive
sampling
technique
divided
into
two
groups:
K1
(placebo)
K2
(sea
supplementation,
500
mg).
