Purpose: Starting from the classic definition of “demonic possession” (as a psychophysical condition in which person becomes victim supernatural being demonic origin), present research, starting study published 2019 on proposed clinical classification this particular phenomenon, is aimed at confirming theoretical assumption psychopathological origin, refuting assumptions most significant analytical orientations, such as ethnopsychiatric, socio-anthropological, cultural, religious and esoteric, to reaffirm accuracy approach multifactorial model previous research. Ostomy patients are subject to significant negative psychological impact, affecting their quality of life in all respects (physical, psychological, social, economic, and spiritual), especially if they not properly constructed or there complications during the recovery phase. In light published research studies, main problems as follows: a) alteration body image; loss sphincter control; b) odor, leakage, related stoma; c) impairment sexuality; d) nutrition sleep; e) anxiety, depression, loneliness; embarrassment shame; f) control situation; drop self-esteem; g) rejection; h) stigmatization; i) disinvestment social activities; l) abandonment work sports isolation; m) difficulties couple relationships contacts. The caused by ostomy can be avoided, at least contained, comprehensive care patient, both before after operation. addition purely technical care, teaching, accompaniment constant support components that make a difference how patient will accept his her ostomy. Background and aims: With the advent of Internet social networks, mass communication has become more interactive geo-dislocated. The present research hypothesizes existence a link between choice use specific network by subject user telematics service his or her eventual psychopathological profile, hypothesizing that: users Facebook (FB) have higher level neurotic (cluster A) psychotic C) dysfunctional traits, while Instagram (IG), Twitter (TW) TikTok (TT) borderline traits B), according to PICI model. Results discussion: population sample was selected based on past clinical contacts voluntary participation through recruitment, totaling 5.581 participants, divided into four age groups (18-25, 26-37, 38-46, 47-60) different networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok). showed that, average, in studied sample, sixteen subgroups, 79.9% cases personality profile with at least 5 among first three analyzed (Facebook lower frequency than an average value 95.5% cases). The spleen is an organ commonly injured in abdominal trauma of the upper left quadrant and until just under two decades first choice was always splenectomy; however, based on new research clinical experience, there a tendency to preserve as much possible, precisely because its immune function risk infection. Purpose: This research addresses the topic of anxiety, phobic and obsessive disorders. In this research, theme is addressed to psychopathological investigation personalities, according PICI-2TA model (Perrotta Integrative Clinical Interviews, version 2-TA), PAD-Q Affective Dependency Questionnaire), PSM Sexual Matrix), PDM-Q Defence Mechanisms Questionnaire) PHEM Human Emotions Model), in order design a direct functional psychotherapeutic protocol manage process shortest time possible, principles efficiency, effectiveness economy, trying reduce symptomatology until total regression by fifth-tenth session. Methods: interview administration PICI-2, PAD-Q, PSM, PDM-Q.
