This paper explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on business process optimization, emphasizing its role in fostering sustainable management aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative survey data (n = 152) qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews professionals diverse industries. results reveal that AI implementation enhances operational efficiency, supports informed decision-making, contributes to productivity gains. Key benefits include cost reduction, improved customer experience, reallocation human tasks more strategic activities. Despite initial resistance employees, proper training change proved crucial ensuring successful adoption. also highlights challenges such as high costs ethical concerns. Findings suggest can support long-term practices by enabling real-time analysis, automation, predictive capabilities. Limitations geographical scope constrained Portugal relatively small interview sample. research provides valuable implications for managers aiming integrate into existing systems enhance competitiveness while supporting sustainability goals. The public release of ChatGPT in November 2022 brought excitement and concerns regarding students' use language models higher education. However, little research has empirically investigated intention to adopt ChatGPT. This study developed a theoretical model based on the Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) with an additional construct- anxiety, investigate university adoption two education contexts– UK Nepal. 239 226 questionnaires were deemed sufficient for data analysis Nepal UK, respectively. We utilised structural equation modelling technique test hypotheses. Our results reveal that performance expectancy, effort expectancy social influence significantly impacted both countries. anxiety's impact varied between UK. Integrating UTAUT cross-country comparative approach provides insights into how ChatGPT's reception diverges different contexts. also have implications technology companies aiming expand models' availability worldwide.

The importance of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations for businesses has evolved from compliance to a strategic imperative.
