Dioscin is reported to alleviate the dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis (UC) in mice. Autophagy plays an anti-inflammatory role UC. We herein aimed explore biological functions of dioscin autophagy UC.To effects on UC progression, a DSS-induced mouse model was established. Body weight, disease activity index and macroscopic damage scores were recorded for seven days. Hematoxylin & Eosin (HE) staining used stain colon sections BX53 microscope prepared observe pathological changes.
