The exposure of employees to specific risks is usually due increasing levels work-related stress, which negatively affects their skills and effectiveness in job duties, lead-ing the onset physical/mental illnesses, mistakes, or even accidents. aim this study investigate psychosocial experienced by nurses tertiary hospitals Greece association with attitudes towards safety occurrence medication errors. research was conducted four Greece, participation 514 all educational levels. Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate and correlate psychosocial risks musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) faced by nurses in the hospital work environment. Materials Methods: A cross-sectional conducted among 90 (response rate: 56%) working a General Hospital Central Greece, from January March 2023. self-administered questionnaire used for data collection, which included demographic information, characteristics nursing unit, Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire Version III (COPSOQ III), Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire. Results: No statistically significant differences were found between individual factors COPSOQ scales under examination, except gender. Professional characteristics, however, associated with risks. For example, an increase number positively demands. Conversely, night shifts negatively freedom movement, as length employment opportunities career development assessment leadership quality. MSDs factors. Regarding correlation MSDs, revealed several associations scales, such demands, work-life balance, social support colleagues supervisors, job insecurity satisfaction, interactions others, health assessment, mental exhaustion, occurrence body areas neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, upper back, ankles. Background: For the past two decades, Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) has been established as a valid instrument to measure psychosocial stress at work. Nowadays, COPSOQ international network is responsible for monitoring and improvement of COPSOQ. 2019, new questionnaire was published, Greek version now being validated. Methods: Measurement qualities III have explored in adherence usual requirements validation study defined by DIN EN ISO 10075-3. A sample observations from 2.189 participants surveyed with Greece used validate current appropriate statistical analyses. Exploratory factor analysis assess relations many scales. Results: With its 108 items 40 scales, includes all work factors that internationally validated remain compatible about 72% German content. Beyond primary results, congruence widely theoretical approaches like Demand-Control(−Support) model (DCM) or Job Demands-Resources (JDR) generally satisfactory. Our regression 34 (34 “context” scales) could adequately predict scores satisfactory health scales (6 “outcome” scales).
