Aim:
The
aim
of
this
study
was
to
investigate
and
correlate
psychosocial
risks
musculoskeletal
disorders
(MSDs)
faced
by
nurses
in
the
hospital
work
environment.
Materials
Methods:
A
cross-sectional
conducted
among
90
(response
rate:
56%)
working
a
General
Hospital
Central
Greece,
from
January
March
2023.

Results:
No
statistically
significant
differences
were
found
between
individual
factors
COPSOQ
scales
under
examination,
except
gender.
Professional
characteristics,
however,
associated
with
risks.
For
example,
an
increase
number
positively
demands.
Conversely,
night
shifts
negatively
freedom

as
