Ferroptosis, which comprises iron-dependent cell death, is crucial in cancer and non-cancer treatments. Exosomes, the extracellular vesicles, may deliver biomolecules to regulate disease progression. The interplay between ferroptosis exosomes modulate development but rarely investigated natural product treatments their modulating miRNAs. This review focuses on ferroptosis-modulating effects of products miRNAs concerning participation exosome biogenesis (secretion assembly)-related targets cells. Natural with were retrieved organized. Abstract Ferroptosis, a novel mode of cell death dependent on iron and reactive oxygen species, has been extensively explored during malignant tumors metastasis. Ferroptosis can interact with multiple components the tumor microenvironment to regulate These interactions generally include following aspects: (1) Epithelial-mesenchymal transformation, which help cancer cells increase their sensitivity ferroptosis while they have mechanisms fight against it; (2) Disorder metabolism in stem maintains characteristics; (3) Polarization M0 macrophages M2.
