This study aims to see how the professionalism of teachers in learning process and students' perceptions at school, because guarantees objectives education. research is a descriptive qualitative where this will analyze opinions 25 students from various schools sampled. The questionnaire used obtain information related teacher process. Based on results study, it known that 96% agree have competence teaching. In addition, 92.3% stated good understanding material presented. 100% also feel excellent classroom management skills, 96.2% friendly open attitude towards student questions. Students felt gave positive feedback was willing help difficulties during very well (92.3%). motivate learn effectively (96%) pay attention needs 80% with statement. use interesting methods (92%), ability manage utilize technology (96.2%), strong commitment helping (96%). Therefore, can be concluded said learning.
