The highest unemployment rate in Indonesia is still dominated by SMK graduates. Unemployment occurs because the work readiness of students low. This study aims to develop an industrial-oriented experiential learning model and test its effectiveness. used a research development (R&D) design from Richey Klein. stages include needs analysis, internal validation external validation. subjects were teachers, majoring automotive engineering at Muhammadiyah 1 Salam industry practitioners, totaling 44 people. Data collection techniques interviews, questionnaires performance tests. Researchers analyzed descriptively produce conclusions feasibility models. After being analyzed, results questionnaire practical tests categorized for each instrument. result show that very suitable be applied vocational learning. Vocational schools can broadly collaborate with industry, teachers gain knowledge skills according world motivation arises make industrial replicas infrastructure.

The COVID-19 epidemic has been spreading since the year 2019. Each country that affected by possesses its own unique political, social, cultural, economic, and educational system; however, each become a model for limiting disease’s further spread (COVID-19). government society in Indonesia are both policies. policy implemented implications those who teach, regulate education, environment. virus was burden educators. Learning is enhanced through media platforms with several other students. This study uses qualitative approach to understand better technological development student benefits drawbacks. mixed data collecting, inductive/qualitative analysis, research outputs explore descriptive phenomena using researcher’s generalization technique. relates implementing employing e-learning platforms, findings indicate instructors’ perceptions of complexity technology have positive impact on attitude simplicity use but no effect perceived usefulness. Results show quality education crucially significant, which strongly supports these viewpoints.

The post-pandemic era of COVID-19 still leaves crucial problems for vocational education (VE), including mechanical engineering (MEE). Practical learning readiness (PLR), which includes the dimensions supporting knowledge, physical and psychological conditions in students, is a fundamental problem that must be solved through systematic mapping. Therefore, this research aims to measure level these three dimensions. In addition, we also examine differences between indicators test determination constructing PLR determine problem-solving. survey was conducted on 386 MEE but final number 339, considering 47 them did not have good data rationale criteria. results descriptive analysis confirmed condition knowledge had low level, while high level. comparison show are generally significantly different, although there notes several indicators. Although all contribute PLR, highest. This indicates first step VE suffer. Furthermore, related decrease knowledge-supporting practice second effort make boosting its students.
