Abstract
This
paper
presents
a
method
for
improving
the
accuracy
of
determining
person's
proximity
to
building
entrance
in
urban
and
indoor
settings,
where
Global
Positioning
System
(GPS)
Wireless
Fidelity
(WiFi)
signals
are
often
interfered
with.
Fuzzy
logic
can
be
applied
variations

strengths

interpret
inverse
relationship

GPS
weakening
WiFi
strengthening
as
person
approaches
or
enters
building.

fuzzy

Purpose
This
paper
evaluates

artificial
intelligence
(AI)
tools

safety
compliance
on
construction
projects
in
Nigeria.
