As the tourism industry rapidly develops, providing personalized attraction recommendations has become a hot research area. Knowledge graphs, with their rich semantic information and entity relationships, not only enhance accuracy personalization of recommendation systems but also energize sustainable development industry. Current mainly focuses on single-modal knowledge modeling, limiting in-depth understanding complex characteristics relationships. To address this challenge, paper proposes multi-modal graphs-based (MMKG-PAR) model. We utilized data from “Travel Yunnan” app, along users’ historical interaction data, to construct collaborative graph for Yunnan tourist attractions, which includes various forms such as images text. Then, we employed advanced feature extraction methods extract useful features (images text), these were used attributes representation nodes. more effectively process graph-structured capture relationships between nodes, our model incorporated neural networks introduced an attention mechanism mining inferring higher-order about entities. Additionally, MMKG-PAR dynamic time-weighted strategy representing users, capturing precisely describing dynamics user behavior. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has gained attention in tourism, which requires its sustainability. Our study focuses on a bibliometric analysis of AI sustainable tourism using 174 manuscripts from 2000 to 2022. One the main findings is that 'intelligence' appears frequently, followed by related terms such as work, performance, resources, sustainability, impact, optimization and management. There no previous evidence context explain how public managers or politicians design policies create improve resource efficiency.
