The tedious synthesis and limited throughput biological evaluation remain a great challenge for discovering new proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC). To rapidly identify potential PROTAC lead compounds, we report platform named Auto-RapTAC. Based on the modular characteristic of molecule, streamlined workflow that integrates lab automation with "click chemistry" joint building-block libraries was constructed. This facilitates autonomous generation variety PROTACs, each distinct linkers E3 ligase ligands, all stored in biocompatible solutions. ready-for-screening (R4S) approach, when paired fluorescence-based assays, enables efficient assessment degradation activity high-throughput manner. further test capability platform, six PROTACs target CDK2, CDK12, BCL6 within mere 8-day time frame target. Toxoplasmosis is an infection of vast worldwide distribution whose etiologic agent Toxoplasma gondii. This disease can cause problems ranging from mild symptoms to serious conditions, such as encephalitis, miscarriage and blindness. Therefore, it utmost importance perform a diagnosis with reproducible techniques in order obtain good prognosis. The aim this review was analyze the efficiency toxoplasmosis diagnostic based on sensitivity specificity results. Five research platforms English language were used (Eric, Elsevier, Google Scholar, PubMed SciELO), which contained data toxoplasmosis. search selection performed for studies published prior June 2021. resulted inclusion 13 articles 2005 2020. revealed use different samples standardization serum, total blood, colostrum amniotic fluid. flow cytometry, lateral immunoassay qPCR showed 100% sensitivity, whereas ELISA, western blotting, RE-LAMP achieved specificity. Significantly, LAMP more accurate when likelihood ratio assessed. meta-analysis identified that ISAGA blotting have low values LIASON, ELFA using silica bioconjugate, also values. Over the past decade, detection and analysis of liquid biopsy biomarkers such as circulating tumor cells (CTCs) DNA (ctDNA) have advanced significantly. They received recognition for their clinical usefulness in detecting cancer at an early stage, monitoring disease, evaluating treatment response. The emergence has been a helpful development, it offers minimally invasive, rapid, real-time monitoring, possible alternative to traditional tissue biopsies. In resource-limited settings, ideal platform should not only extract more CTCs or ctDNA from minimal sample volume but also accurately represent molecular heterogeneity patient's disease.
