Abstract Injury caused by excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) may lead to susceptibility bacterial infection and sustained inflammatory response, which are the major factors impeding diabetic wound healing. By utilizing optimal anti-inflammatory, antioxidant antibacterial biomaterials for multifunctional dressings is critical in clinical applications. In this study, a novel electrospun PLGA/MoS2@Pd nanofiber membrane was synthesized encapsulating near-infrared (NIR) responsive MOS2@Pd nanozymes PLGA nanofibers form dressing repair. With excellent biocompatibility hemostatic ability, can effectively reduce oxidative stress damage intracellular expression fibroblasts scavenging ROS. Additionally, exhibited favorable NIR-mediated photothermal activity vitro, with inhibition rates of 97.14% 97.07% against Staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus) Escherichia coli (E.coli), respectively. rat model, NIR-assisted inhibited growth wound, reduced infection-induced promoted tissue epithelialization collagen deposition, resulting healing rate up 98.5% on Day 14. This study highlighted construction platform demonstrated its promising potential as wounds.

Ferroptosis, caused by disorders of iron metabolism, plays a critical role in various diseases, making the regulation metabolism essential for tissue repair. In our analysis degenerated intervertebral disc tissue, we observe positive correlation between concentration extracellular ions (ex-iron) and severity ferroptosis degeneration (IVDD). Hence, inspired magnets attracting metals, combine polyether F127 diacrylate (FDA) with tannin (TA) to construct magnetically hydrogel (FDA-TA).
