the
treatment
of
multiple
autoinflammatory
diseases,
yet
their
safety
has
not
been
comprehensively
analyzed.
We
aimed
to
assess
signals
associated
with
anakinra
by
conducting
a
pharmacovigilance
analysis
using
FDA
Adverse
Event
Reporting
System
(FAERS)
database.

This
study
confirms
favorable
profiles

rational
usage

ABSTRACT
The
expression
levels
of
macrophage‐associated
cytokines
are
significantly
greater
in
COVID‐19
patients
than
healthy
individuals.
Exploring
strategies
to
modulate
pathological
cytokine
storms
can
effectively
prevent
the
development
severe
coronavirus
infection‐induced
pneumonia.
Treatment
with
interleukin‐37
(IL‐37),
an
anti‐inflammatory
factor,
has
unique
and
antiviral
effects
on
infections
caused
by
various
pathogens.
In
this
study,
we
investigated
effect
IL‐37
treatment
SARS‐CoV‐2
Omicron‐infection
induced
inflammatory
