ABSTRACT
Melatonin
is
a
versatile
neurohormone
with
diverse
molecular
functions,
including
sleep
regulation,
inflammation
reduction,
antioxidant
activity,
immune
modulation,
and
anticancer
properties.
In
bone
metabolism,
it
promotes
osteoblast
formation,
inhibits
osteoclast
synchronizes
skeletal
tissue
rhythms
to
support
health.
As
melatonin
not
yet
clinically
used
for
osteoporosis
concerns
about
the
current
treatments'
side
effects
remain,
this
review
highlights
its
role
in
modulating
interactions,
particularly
through
regulation
of
receptor
activator
nuclear
factor‐κB
ligand
osteoprotegerin,
achieve
bone‐forming
antiresorptive
effects.
These
have
been
demonstrated
across
various
concentrations

Diabetes
mellitus

causes
death
worldwide,
with
approximately
700
million
people
expected
to
suffer
from
DM
by
2045,
