Abstract Background Low immunity and sleep disorders are prevalent suboptimal health conditions in contemporary populations, rendering them more susceptible to the infiltration of pathogenic factors. LJC is obtained by modifing Qiyuan Paste, a traditional Chinese medicine formula for nourishing Yin blood calming mind with long history. Studies have shown that Dendrobium officinale can improve immune function deprivation mice. Based on (TCM) theory, was prepared adding Paste Decoction. Amid a global aging trend, particularly notable in the U.S., there is growing focus on achieving enhanced longevity and well-being. We evaluated association between lifestyle factors (sleep, diet, healthy index) COVID-19 infection an older adult population San Bernardino Riverside counties Southern California, United States. A sample of 380 adults ≥75 years old were surveyed cross-sectionally self-reported behaviors infection. This study critically investigates the impact of sleep deprivation on well-being shift workers in a Mumbai-based manufacturing facility, highlighting significant yet often overlooked occupational health concern. Employing robust, two-phase mixed-methods approach, phase 1 quantitatively assessed patterns, quality and daytime sleepiness 85 shop floor using diaries, Fitbit wristbands, Actigraphy validated tools such as Epworth Sleepiness Scale Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Phase 2 comprised in-depth qualitative interviews with 14 experiencing poor sleep, alongside four plant managers family members. Thematic analysis interview data revealed compelling narrative: work fundamentally disrupts circadian rhythms, precipitating irregular chronic marked decline workers’ physical psychological well-being. The also identifies effective strategies to mitigate adverse effects work.
