Background
Exposure
to
occupational
stressors
and
potentially
psychologically
traumatic
events
experienced

public
safety
personnel
(eg,
paramedics,
police,
fire,
correctional

members,
veterans

posttraumatic
stress
injuries

mental
health
disorders.

emergency
services
during
COVID-19
has
intensified
challenges.

restrictions,
service
providers
offering
support
these
populations

had
rapidly
pivot

digital
versus
in-person
methods
delivery.
Objective
This
paper
aims
explore
experience
regarding
delivery,
including
current
state
barriers
facilitators
for
delivery
pandemic,
recommendations
implementing
integrating
into
regular

Public
safety
personnel
(PSP)
are
exposed
to
traumatic
events
due
their
work
environments,
which
increases

mental
health
challenges.
Providing
effective

evidence-based
interventions,

SMS
text
messaging

well-being
with

satisfaction

COVID-19
pandemic
necessitated
rapid
changes
