Most measured treatment effectiveness (n=48, 100%) acceptability (n=29, 60%) quality dimensions. Over 80% (40/48) investigated cognitive exposure intervention posttraumatic stress disorder mood anxiety disorder, generally indicating comparable results therapy. Safety (n=5, 10%) fewer studies, while efficiency not explicitly any study, although mentioned as future direction, hypothesis, outcome. In relation psychotherapies illness, important aspects (accessibility, safety) have received little scientific examination, underscoring need address gaps. There are also significant issues related generalizability literature, underrepresentation geographic regions, cultures, populations, clinical contexts, modalities. Qualitative underrepresented populations settings may uncover patient contextual factors implementation
