Mental health literacy (MHL) is defined as the ability to obtain, understand, and use information identify, manage, prevent mental problems helps university students manage challenges by reducing stigma, fostering resilience, promoting coping strategies. Objectives: To assess MHL levels in Portuguese explore its relationship with academic life psychosocial domains; Identify knowledge gaps educational needs regarding a targeted intervention. Methods: A convergent parallel mixed-methods study, involving collecting quantitative (online cross-sectional survey) qualitative (focus group) data simultaneously, followed separate integrative analysis. Results: Twenty-four (75% female, mean age = 25.5) were included. Overall, differences found domains terms of sex (p 0.025), history variables 0.020; p 0.044; 0.007), negative relation environment satisfaction (rs -0.571). Background The prevalence of mental health difficulties among young people has risen in recent years, with 75% disorders emerging before the age 24 years. identification and treatment issues earlier life improves later-life outcomes. However, different ethnicities face barriers to DMHIs, such as socioeconomic disadvantage cultural stigma. Objective This review aimed summarize evaluate engagement effectiveness DMHIs ethnicities. Methods A systematic search was conducted MEDLINE, Embase, PsycINFO for studies published between January 2019 May 2024, an update September 2024. inclusion criteria were participants aged <25 years using from various ethnic backgrounds. The aim of the present study was to co-design Healthy Living after Cancer Online (HLaC Online), an online intervention supporting cancer survivors set and meet their healthy living goals. Adapted from initial telephone-delivered program, wireframes (PDF black white mock-ups) proposed program were presented in a series focus groups interviews our stakeholder group, which consisted survivors, oncology healthcare professionals, representatives support organisations. Stakeholders prompted for feedback on wireframe given end-user scenarios encourage deeper engagement with process. Transcriptions underwent thematic analysis determine features needed change or expansion. 27 participants took part one 8 10 interviews. Digital mental health intervention (DMHI) programs offered in schools present a readily-accessible and flexible means for educating, empowering, supporting adolescents maintaining balanced health, especially during uncertain stressful times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Recent studies indicate that effectiveness of DMHI improving students' well-being preventing from their complications depends on users' engagement. This study focuses identifying user experience factors can facilitate engagement with universal school-based (i.e., delivered to students regardless risks or conditions). To identify said factors, we sought gain deeper understanding perceptions, opinions, preferences actual end-users adolescents) regarding experiences both digital non-digital resources.
