Mental health is considered a growing and highly stigmatized concern in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Despite high interest mobile (mHealth) KSA its potential to overcome traditional barriers, research on application mental well-being context scarce. Mental health disorders are prevalent worldwide, yet they remain stigmatized, especially in the Middle East. While mHealth has potential to circumvent traditional barriers, research on its application remains scarce Arab countries. The aim of the present study was to co-design Healthy Living after Cancer Online (HLaC Online), an online intervention supporting cancer survivors set and meet their healthy living goals.
