Whether it is sleep, diet, or procrastination, changing behaviours can be challenging. Individuals could design and build their own personalised digital interventions to help them reach goals, but little known about this process. Building upon previous research we propose the Behaviour Change with Trigger-Action Programming (BC-TAP) model which describes how individuals bridge gap between current desired behaviour through creation of 'Do-It-Yourself' (DIY) interventions. We conducted a two-day participatory workshop based on BC-TAP 28 participants. Participants articulated plans change choice represented these in mobile device automations. After using for up three weeks, participants reflected experience. Our findings report opportunities challenges at each stage While formulating proxy certain was challenging, both failures successes facilitated participants' awareness behaviour, ability it.

Mental health problems among university students are a cause of widespread concern. Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) delivered online have considerable potential to help manage mental challenges. However, there is no consensus regarding the efficacy MBIs. This meta-analysis aims determine whether MBIs feasible and effective for improving students' health.Randomised controlled trials (RCTs) in Web Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase US National Library Medicine (Clinical Trial Registry) published through August 31, 2022, were searched. Two reviewers selected trials, conducted critical appraisal, extracted data. Nine RCTs met our inclusion criteria. This analysis showed that depression (standardised mean difference [SMD] = -0.27; 95% confidence interval [CI], -0.48 -0.07; P 0.008), anxiety (SMD -0.47; CI, -080 -0.14; 0.006), stress -0.58; -0.79 -0.37; < 0.00001), mindfulness 0.71; 0.17 1.25; p 0.009) students.
