This study aims to evaluate nurses' perspectives on the design of nurse assistant robots that can be utilized in obstetrics and neonatal units. The research examines potential these enhancing quality patient care, reducing workload, standardizing care processes from perspective. was conducted with 52 nurses working units hospitals. Conjoint analysis used preferences for features while qualitative data were obtained through semi-structured questions. Artificial Intelligence Anxiety Scale measure concerns. Qualitative findings reveal positive perceptions regarding robots' reduce error rates, enhance safety, alleviate workload.
