Atopic Dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic, recurrent inflammatory skin disease, characterized mainly by polymorphic lesions and severe itching, significantly affecting patients' physical mental health. The pathogenesis of AD complex, involving multiple factors such as genetics, environment, immunity, microbiota. In terms treatment, traditional systemic therapies are gradually being replaced more targeted molecular immunotherapies, the range topical medications has become diverse. However, research on treatment in special populations, children, pregnant women, lactating elderly, remains relatively limited.
