The study aimed to explore the response of teachers in Jordan Electronic assessment based on software installed cellular devices, mobiles, laptops and computers students' personality (discipline tolerance) Three schools that were selected apply electronic them city Amman for first semester academic year 2022/2023. Teachers are required to be able apply digital tools and media every aspect of their professional duties. Teachers’ competence become important for teachers acquire. This research purpose is mapping the use technologies in teachers’ practice. Data was obtained through a survey analized with descriptive statistics analysis from 93 samples elementary, middle school, high vocational school teachers. The results show 56.99% smartphones learning while other 43.01% PC/laptop device. As many as 48.39% conduct message app, 19.35% LMS, rest online meeting, social media, or all type simultaneously. content dominated by video image, web providers that searched search engine. also text give guidance students, quiz formative summative assessment. In today's diverse world, differentiated instruction holds the potential to accommodate learners' diversities in EFL classrooms. Prior differentiating instruction, conducting diagnostic assessment is crucial portray characteristics and needs. Hence, this chapter explicates teachers' understanding practices of within context instruction. A survey, involving 155 teachers from Indonesian secondary schools, was employed. The quantitative data were then supported by semi-structured interviews. findings revealed most had a good assessment, though significant proportion them did not frequently make use results differentiate instructions, half successfully practiced it. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan e-modul statistik model flipped classroom pada materi uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Pra-Eksperimental. Desain menggunakan One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel berjumlah 25 mahasiswa dipilih teknik purposive sampling. Efektivitas diukur berdasarkan n-Gain hasil tes dianalisis dengan uji-t, respon terhadap classroom. Instrumen adalah belajar pretest posttest berbentuk kinerja instrumen kemudian Uji- T N-Gain. Uji-T menghitung apakah peningkatan signifikan atau tidak, sedangkan N-Gain besar belajar. Berdasarkan data nilai diperoleh n-gain sebesar 0,76 kategori tinggi sehingga menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan. Nilai rata-rata skor 83,56 persentase ketercapaian pembelajaran 88%. t-test (paired sample t-test) adanya perbedaan signifikan, hasilnya dapat dilihat dari prettest posttest. analisis bahwa terbukti efektif meningkatkan tinggi.

Diagnostic assessments in elementary schools still use paper media and teachers rarely technology making or applying the classroom.
