Many organizations are facing environmental issues and learning how to improve employee green behavior.However, few researchers have addressed the problem of GFHRM policies from viewpoint aviation industry employees.The purpose this study is examine influence general CSR facilitation human resource management (GFHRM) on behaviour in competitiveness organisations.Using social exchange theory, looks at relationships between mediation an employee's work engagement while moderating roles leadership.The data were gathered 397 respondents Vietnam through use questionnaires Google Docs.The time-lag technique used collect avoid common method bias.The results show that has a positive relationship with employees' in-role behavior.Furthermore, impacts positively behaviors engagement.Moreover, leadership link behaviors.The focuses practices put employees first, which been looked by number companies.The importance leaders achieving sustainability shown our research.This notably highlights interaction staff's performing their job duties.Employee may be best placed moderate association behavior.

The significance of emotions in the classroom has been thoroughly explored, but discussions on educators’ abilities to recognize, regulate, and manage their are still ongoing. This paper aims look at concept emotional intelligence (EI) how professors higher education can use it achieve better results form competencies (EIC). A total 312 educators from 25 institutes United Arab Emirates (UAE) participated this study. In sampling Emotional Intelligence Competencies for study, we adopted Costa Faria’s (2015) EQ test, administered respondent. Reuven Bar-On scale was created standardized gather data. Purpose: Digitalization has been the driving change in creating jobs and increasing economic growth recent years. However, digitalization of countries sectors is uneven. The paper focuses on various factors that have an impact development well-being EU countries. Its purpose to show evolution terms digital transformation how other indicators, such as e-government, human index, labour productivity, influenced 2019–2021.Design/methodology/approach: dataset consists 15 numerical indicators extracted from Eurostat World Bank databases. We apply principal component analysis cluster analysis.Findings Practical Implications: main research results first dimension – named innovation dominated by percentage ICT specialists total, internet use individuals, Human Development Index, Happiness Indicator, capital, integration technology. second characterized government expenses productivity. Finally, third GDP rate. 77.67% total variance explained three components.Originality: Four clusters identified means K-Means clustering algorithm. Abstract The aim of this study is to evaluate the level select ethical issues in Visegrad Four (V4) countries (Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary) quantify differences attitudes entrepreneurs field business ethics these countries. The paper's main objective is to investigate the differences in competitiveness among EU member states. Each nation's determined by its government's management capabilities on national, regional and local levels thus poses substantial implications economic growth. For this purpose, hierarchical clustering as primary method of investigation was selected. data mining process based extracting GCI score about individual Based evaluation, cluster analysis showed two groups states, according 'traditional' division old states (OMS) new (NMS).
