Quality of higher education in Russia: cognitive resources of online-learning

This
article
is
devoted
to
the
analysis
of
online
training
resources
for
quality
assurance
in
higher
education
Russia.
The
review
scientific
literature
has
led
conclusion
that
Russian
discourse
potential
learning

transitioning
a
general
education
school
to
an
online
learning
format.
