However, implementing automation is not solely about improving efficiency or enhancing working conditions. Many enterprises encounter challenges related to investment start-up costs, ongoing expenses, opportunity costs such as changes employee behaviour their approach work. aim this article identify assess the key that may face when Work. <b>Design/methodology/approach:</b> To achieve aim, survey research was conducted first quarter 2024 with a sample 109 enterprises.
