Abstract The characteristics of educational information, such as quantization, decentralization, redundancy and unstructuredness, bring complex multi-level problems to the construction high-quality resources in colleges universities. study constructs a model for optimal allocation universities using collaborative filtering algorithm. Taking big data background, existing ratio is analyzed, current demand predicted through cosine similarity algorithm Pearson algorithm, recommended resource items are derived recommended. takes university district city Z an example uses this paper optimize teaching auxiliary room area, sports hall number books, computers, value instruments equipment. After universities, pass rate students’ exams increased more than 70%, students were satisfied with subjective evaluation model. Evidence on the use of social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram learning support to enhance students’ performance is scarce in sub-Saharan Africa, where there limited application for learning. Much rarer are studies analyzing determinants using region. We used cross-sectional data from 206 students public universities Nigeria applied econometric frameworks (such Pearson’s correlation multivariate regression analysis) analyze among university Nigeria. identified six constructs Nigerian universities, which include expectancy, effort influence, institutional political guidance counseling achievements, facilitating conditions. These were acceptable/accepted by students. The age, gender, wealth status parents/guardians, student’s faculty/program, location school, level student school. constraints usage high cost Internet, poor connectivity epileptic/poor power supply charge phones, mistrust, lack structure coherence, irresponsible media. results have significant implications educational institutions, policymakers, stakeholders seeking promote effective mobile technologies.

The use of information technologies, in particular virtual reality (VR), is becoming a topical issue the professional training natural science teachers. study aims to assess effectiveness development program that utilizes as an educational tool enhance quality for obtained results testify positive impact VR on various aspects teachers’ training. found attitude towards technology improved significantly after introduction (from 65% 72%). percentage responses regarding feasibility using STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) technologies education increased by 25%.
