This study aims to 1) explore the listening challenges of high- and low-proficiency EFL accounting undergraduates, 2) compare strategies between learners 3) investigate effectiveness mobile-assisted language learning (MALL) in developing EFL-listening skills. The participants this consisted 84 fourth-year students from Rajamangala University Technology Lanna, Chiang Mai, Thailand, who had enrolled a course called English Listening Speaking for Business Communication. They were divided into two groups depending on their ability levels (high low proficiency), based Kelley’s 27% criterion-referenced measurement theory. Each group 23 participants. research instruments included listening-comprehension test used pre-test post-test determine whether high or proficiency effect MALL, questionnaire utilisation strategies, semi-structured interview 4) MALL activity plan. Data analysis calculation means, standard deviations, percentages t-tests. findings revealed statistically significant difference regarding challenges; however, there was no with regard strategies. Concerning which applied both groups, found scores at 0.05. In other words, showed improved performance after empowering created MALL.

This research investigates academic staff's behavioural intentions and technological readiness regarding integrating mobile devices for instructional delivery among tertiary institutions in Sokoto State, Nigeria. Descriptive statistics were used to analyse responses from 325 staff members their intentions, readiness, challenges, perceptions of device integration. The findings reveal a generally positive disposition towards utilisation, with high mean scores indicating willingness integrate into teaching activities impact on student learning outcomes. Despite challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, limited professional development opportunities, resistance change, it is crucial implement strategic interventions.
