Abstract
This
study
was
carried
out
to
determine
the
current
state
of
physicochemical
water
quality
parameters
and
effects
urbanization
over
50
years
in
peripheral
rivers
by
using
primary
secondary
data
adjacent
Dhaka
city.

While
the
inclusion
of
synthetic
polymers
such
as
primary
microplastics
within
personal
care
products
have

regulation
despite
evidence
that
these
could
be
polluting
wastewater
effluents
at
concentrations
greatly
exceeding
those
microplastics.
Polyvinyl
alcohol
(PVA)
and
polyvinylpyrrolidone
(PVP)
represent
WSPs
with
common
industry
household
uses,
down-the-drain
disposal

direct
route
to
treatment
plants,
conveying
high
risk
environmental
leaching
into
freshwater
ecosystems.

investigating
impacts
