Online customer experience in Indian digital banks impacting continuous intention usage: Generation Y and Z perspective DOI

Purpose This study aims to conceptualise a customer-centric model based on an online customer experience (OCE) construct, mediated by e-loyalty (EL) and e-trust (ET), improve the continuous usage intention (CUI) of Indian digital banks from Generation Y Z perspectives. Design/methodology/approach used survey method gather data sample 466 banking users, which usable questionnaires were obtained. The obtained subjected thorough analysis using PLS-SEM further research hypotheses. Findings main factors that determine banks’ OCE are perceived enjoyment, e-service quality, information quality e-convenience. Additionally, relevant constructs evaluated importance-performance map analysis. Research limitations/implications convenience sampling for urban population banking; therefore, outcome may be generalised limited extent. It would valuable imitate studies in other countries strengthen further. Citizen trust is critical for effective public policy implementation. However, according to a recent report from the OECD, only 39% of citizens have medium or high in government. Purpose This study investigates the factors influencing citizen attitudes toward e-government services and their effects on adoption of in Saudi Arabia. Purpose The main purpose of this study is to determine the antecedent factors smart government service apps intention and its impact on actual use by extending unified theory acceptance technology (UTAUT) in Jordanian context. Design/methodology/approach To achieve purpose, a quantitative method was used test collected data, hypotheses testing through using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) partial least squares software. Findings findings indicate that media advertising has positive effect both influence peer influence. Furthermore, it demonstrated significant performance expectancy. In addition, there direct correlation between capacity, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions e-government services. Lastly, results mainly show services significantly positively influenced self-isolation. Next, as expected, self-isolation moderated relationship via Sanad application, hence related hypothesis supported. Originality/value This provides practical recommendations policy-makers Ministry Digital Economy Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) Jordan.

Higher and tertiary education sectors in different parts of the world have experienced substantial digital transformations since emergence Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which forced many higher institutions (HEIs) to adopt remote teaching learning systems using relevant technologies. Purpose This research aims to investigate the showrooming phenomenon in context of evolving omnichannel shopping landscape, which seamlessly integrates both physical and online retail channels. Showrooming, wherein customers browse products stores but ultimately purchase from competitors, poses a potential threat job security satisfaction sales staff brick-and-mortar (B&M) stores. To address this issue, study explores relationship between showrooming, self-efficacy, performance, insecurity staff, using demands-resources (JDR-R) model as theoretical framework.
