Campylobacter spp. are major food-borne zoonotic pathogens impacting food safety worldwide. Thailand is one of the countries facing with a significant burden infections and recognized as hotspot AMR. Our study applied systematic review meta-analysis, using One Health perspective, to investigate prevalence AMR jejuni (C. jejuni) coli coli) over time in Thailand, from 1985 2023. Based on PRISMA guidelines, literature search PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar identify articles reporting prevalence, sequence types (STs), antimicrobial susceptibility, resistance genes humans, animals, food, environmental samples was performed. Eighty-one were retrieved for review, 33 20 containing data collected meta-analysis. The highest C. found chickens (43.6 %) chicken products (31.4 %), followed by ducks (16.7 general human population diarrhea (15.9 children (10.7 %). also prevalent (12.6 (10.4 decreased 14.8 % among (p = 0.006), but increased 16.7 0.007). Sixty-two STs identified, ST 574, 1075, 51 being most recorded. Five STs, including 50, 51, 354, 464, reported both humans chickens. levels against quinolones, ranging 75.4 %-94.8 human-related categories 71.6 %-88.7 chicken-related categories. Notably, ciprofloxacin-resistant nalidixic acid-resistant strains 11.9 0.004) 16.1 0.027), respectively. Thirteen genes/mutations reported, phenotypic linked gyrA mutations tet(O) genes. high increasing trend underscore critical need surveillance address rising challenge posed these Thailand.

Objectives Past researchers often used single measurement to explore the overall level of positive body image, which caused much misunderstanding image. With a psychology perspective, and based on holistic image theory, this study explored multi-dimensional concept in Chinese context, integrated its three measures, examined among college students, tested gender invariance, as well latent categories student population. Methods A convenience sampling method was survey 670 students China, using version Body Appreciation Scale-2 (BAS-2), Functionality Scale (FAS), Image Acceptance Action Questionnaire-5 (BI-AAQ-5), Positive Talk (PBTS). Confirmatory factor analysis validate dimensions invariance test figure out scales variable, lastly, profile students. Results (1) Three measures were able measure students' well, had good variable gender; (2) could be divided into potential categories, namely, “low-level image” (32.2%), “general-level (40.4%), “high-level (27.4%); (3) talk can significantly positively predict Conclusion We conclude that are valid versatile have high relevance with talk, we also multidimensional context hope lead future for better understanding use reveal identify effectively promote healthy development macro-ecosystem.

This study explored the relationship between physical exercise and life satisfaction among senior college students by focusing on mediating roles of self-efficacy resilience, thereby providing theoretical support for mental health benefits students. A survey was conducted with 600 from 10 universities using rating, satisfaction, self-efficacy, resilience scales. Data analysis performed SPSS 23.0 descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, reliability validity assessments. In addition, AMOS software (version 24.0) used to construct a structural equation model test hypothesized pathways effects potential variables. There were significant positive correlations variables exercise, (r = 0.11-0.62, all p < 0.01). The revealed that fully mediated (95% CI: 0.105-0.243), while did not mediate this (β 0.02, 0.77). However, chain effect involving observed 0.127-0.235). Enhanced can improve students, increasing their satisfaction.

Students' Emotional Intelligence and academic motivation are theorized to shape student learning engagement activities. Nevertheless, there is limited knowledge regarding the mediating mechanisms that explain this relationship. Based on Self System Model of Motivational Development, study examined whether teachers' support mediated relationship between engagement, as well connection among college students. Totally, 336 students (female: 63.4%, male: 36.6%, mean: 1.63, Std.:0.482) were recruited from two public vocational education institutes in China. The expert questionnaire was sent via email 10 experts order collect their thoughts aspects influenced engagement. factors students' identified based Fuzzy Delphi method. Hence, quantitative (questionnaire survey) design used gather data demographic variables, emotional intelligence, motivation, structural equation model (PLS-SEM) analyse data. findings reveal positive impact educational field by adopting a variable. results highlighted vital internal external process creating an environment motivated learn. This will improve performance teaching faculty lead student's success. research proposed new instrument assess which contributed carrying out university context perspective.

This mixed-methods study aimed to develop and validate the exercise maintenance motivation (EMM) scale, designed assess for maintaining among fitness center (FC) members in Vietnam. The two-phase was conducted outline development process of EMM-FC which is grounded Self-Determination Theory (SDT). In first qualitative phase, ten in-depth interviews four focus groups (n = 39) were performed, identifying five components EMM through content analysis. Following this, scale’s face validity assessed a connecting step pre-testing, led elimination 20 items, resulting 40 statements. second cross-sectional survey 280) factorial structure scale with Exploratory Factor Analysis. Findings yielded construct dimensions satisfactory psychometric indicators, including convergent validity, discriminant internal consistency reliability scale. 30-item covered SDT-driven constructs, comprising “Exercise achievements”, environments”, integration life goals”, enjoyment”, “Workout-aholic”, explaining 61.3% variance. scores constructs positively correlated total notably distinguished between maintainers non-exercise maintainers. Further research required thoroughly robust properties be applied future practical maintenance. Doi: 10.28991/HEF-2023-04-04-06 Full Text: PDF

This study aimed to explore the components of Exercise Maintenance Motivation (EMM) and identify its consensus distinguishing aspects among members fitness centers (FCs) in Vietnam. The incorporated both qualitative Q-sorting methodologies across two stages. first stage involved conducting ten in-depth four focus-group interviews with 39 six different FCs Vietnam, resulting generation 40 EMM statements. In second stage, these statements were subjected by participants. KADE application for Q method was used data analysis, Principal Component Analysis employed determine optimal number factors. analysis yielded factors, encompassing 34 accounting 86% variance These components, labeled “F1. achievements”, “F2. environments”, “F3. enjoyment”, “F4. Workout-aholic”, achieved 17 (37%), 14 (30%), 5 (12%), 3 (7%) participants, respectively. leading motivational expressions “get be healthier”, “a better-looking appearance”, a fit body appearance”. followed FC-based supportive exercise conditions, positive feelings, addiction. There five that spanned all numbers varied F1, F3, F4 each contributing 11 (28.2%) F2 15 (38.5%). contributed central drivers EMM. To facilitate development comprehensive scale, future research should incorporate larger samples, allowing dissection paradigms. Doi: 10.28991/HEF-2023-04-03-07 Full Text: PDF
