This research aims to determine the effect of e-book teaching materials on Temperature and Heat Science packaged with STEM-PjBL approach in increasing students' learning motivation creative thinking abilities. uses a quasi-experimental quantitative method one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects this were 32 students class VII C SMP Negeri 5 Depok. results that has been carried out show high students. Science literacy is the ability of individuals to understand, evaluate, and apply scientific knowledge in everyday problem-solving, while critical thinking analyze, make decisions based on evidence logic. This research several issues SDN Sentul2 Kota Blitar grade 6 post-Covid 19. aims produce a product used as learning tool Grade 6, namely Learning Game (SLG) Media Augmented Reality Improve Literacy Critical Thinking Skills Students Blitar. development (R&D) study uses ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) model. The instrument questionnaire. data analysis results show that developed media can improve skills, evidenced by comparing Pre-test at 72.21% with Post-test 93.57%. also enhance science literacy, indicated increase between 74.28% 92.14%. implication abilities students Indonesia still need improvement, which be achieved considering use instructional media. With positive pre-test post-test scores, this has potential skills students.

The aim of this research is to develop a science e-book with material on the respiratory system using PjBL model which can be used improve students' creative thinking skills.
