Online Teaching Effectiveness and Teacher's Readiness: Impact on Student’s Satisfaction and Academic Performance

This
study
looked
at
the
impact
of
online
teaching
effectiveness
(OTE)
and
faculty
readiness
on
education
students'
satisfaction
academic
achievement.This
took
place
NEUST
Gabaldon
campus
in
first
semester
(midterm)
year
2021-2022.The
used
descriptive
correlational
analysis
to
see
if
there
was
a
relationship
between
teaching,
readiness,
student
achievement.The
included
186
students
12
members
from
College
Education.The
were
picked
by
stratified
sampling,
while
chosen
intention.The
results
indicate
that
are
satisfied
with
learning,
prepared
teach
online,
Education's
is
effective.The
findings
also
reveal
effectiveness,
success.On
other
hand,
no
link
responders'
profiles
or
learning
satisfaction.The
theoretical
practical
ramifications
research
discussed.

The
Hybrid-Flexible
(HyFlex)
learning
delivery
provides
a
student-directed
multimodal
experience
that
optimizes
students'
engagement
and
technological
competencies
needed
in
the
present
society.This
descriptive-developmental
research
utilized
archival
documents
surveys
to
look
into
capacity
of
institution's
existing
instructional
resources
as
inputs
for
designing
HyFlex
scheme.There
were
total
979
student-respondents
involved
through
convenience
sampling
ensuring
representations
among
agriculture
course
offerings
Sorsogon
State
University,
Philippines.The
survey
was
conducted
either
face-to-face
or
online
with
use
Google
Forms
found
students
who
devices
good
internet
connection
preferred
mixture
(~50%)
lecture
subjects.On
other
hand,
(>60%)
set-up
major
subjects
regardless
type
connectivity
speed.The
upgrading
re-upgrading
human,
physical
facilities,
library
classes
are
