This mixed-method study examined formal and informal teacher professional development (TPD) processes in Remote Teaching (RT) context. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 60 elementary homeroom teachers early, middle, senior career stages. The bottom-up analysis (N=2,537 statements) revealed two types of TPD: informal-spontaneous formal-institutional. findings highlight the need to strengthen technology-enhanced pedagogy both TPD, order optimize RT classroom learning. Informal training occurred through network and/or colleagues. Teachers emphasized contribution online communication tools their techno-pedagogical knowledge. Purpose The present study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on achieving outstanding performance in educational administration, improving and developing electronic services facilitating beneficiaries’ access services.
