The low learning outcomes of students are caused by a lack student motivation in learning. This study aimed to determine the effect spiritual guidance on students' motivation. uses pre-experimental research design with one-group pretest-posttest method. population is SMKN 1 Kraksaan students, sample 40 Class X who meet inclusion criteria at Kraksaan. sampling technique used stratified random sampling. data analysis Kendal Tau test determines influencing variable significance level p 0.05. results respondents' satisfaction before were mostly moderate (65%) and (35%). While after comes from high inspiration (80%) (20%). obtained P = 0.000, so conclusion that there an implications program carried out continuously teacher will impact outcomes.

This study aims to determine the branding image management strategy in MI Tarbiyatul Islam probolinggo district and effectiveness of strategies era society 5.0. is qualitative research with type case conducted at city Probolinggo. This study aims to analyze the introduction of literacy culture millennial students in Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is a qualitative case type. The moral degradation of the nation's children is increasingly concerning. Fights and bullying often occur in school environment. Therefore, values character faith are very important to be instilled from an early age. This study aims analyze innovations used shaping morale childhood at RA Baitul Muttaqin Glagah-Pakuniran through education. uses a qualitative approach type case study. location this research Glagah-Pakuniran. This study aims to analyze and examine learning strategies in early childhood through the Beyond Center And Circle Time (BCCT) approach improving critical thinking skills childhood. The subject of this research is RA Raudlatul Hasanah Condong Gading Probolinggo. uses a qualitative case study-type with observation, interview documentation techniques. data analysis carried out circularly, starting display, reducing, concluding. This article aims to analyze and understand religious-based transformative leadership in building a work culture madrasah. In this era, Islamic cultures are increasingly being eroded by the emergence of Western culture, thus requiring transformation from leader addressing existing problems. research was conducted at Sarolangun State Madrasah Aliyah, Jambi, with descriptive-qualitative approach.
