This paper investigates the choice system based on efficiency criteria that condition it. Defining Interrelationships Between Ranked (DIBR) II (DIBR II) methods were used determine weight coefficients criteria, which proved be effective assessing importance each criterion context making decisions. Aggregation expert opinions, for methods, was performed using Normalized Weighted Bonferroni Mean (NWBM) operator. After both obtained, aggregation obtained values (BM) operator, resulted final criteria. In order choose optimal alternative, Fermatean Fuzzy Weight Operators (FFWO) BM operator used. These operators contributed precise evaluation ranking alternatives, taking into account characteristics specificities. Furthermore, analyzed sensitivity output results changes important assess stability Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) model ensure its reliability different scenarios. work represents significant contribution field decision-making this provides useful framework selection systems, combination enables comprehensive analysis optimization research problem.

In the pivotal task of selecting an assault boat conducive for military operations, especially amidst challenges posed by water obstacles, utilisation Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods surfaces as vital. this investigation, a meticulous application DIBR II (Defining Interrelationships Between Ranked criteria II) - BM (Bonfferoni Mean) – CoCoSo (COmbined COmpromise SOlution) multi-criteria decision-making model is performed. Initially, weight coefficients were determined via method, with expert opinions being cohesively aggregated using operators. Subsequently, method was employed to discern optimal alternative among various boats. A comprehensive analysis, entailing examination sensitivity output results alterations in criteria, conducted post-final ranking alternatives. Noteworthy finding that negligible deviations defining experts do not impose significant impact on ultimate selection alternative. Furthermore, comparative analysis alongside other MCDM corroborated only efficacy but also superiority implemented model. The insights derived underscore practical applicability, stability, and accuracy proposed choosing boats operations. This exploration fortifies process contexts related overcoming obstacles portends potential applicability domains necessitating intricate decision-making.

In recent years, renewable energy technologies (RETs) have become increasingly popular worldwide to achieve sufficiency, reduce reliance on conventional fuels, and mitigate their devastating environmental impact. Nonetheless, more appears stayed the same in emerging economies, such as Tunisia, various barriers hampered implementation of these technologies. Hence, prime objective this article is conduct a thoughtful assessment four prominent options for electricity generation explore most potential hindering development Tunisia. To do so, two-stage approach was applied. First, CRiteria Importance Through Inter-Criteria Correlation (CRITIC) Evaluation based Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) were used evaluate considered alternatives, namely solar PV, concentrated power (CSP), onshore wind, biomass. Then, an integrated step-wise ratio analysis decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (SWARA-DEMATEL) developed identify relevant barriers. The related criteria determined exhaustive literature review experts’ feedback. obtained results indicated that PV wind promising technologies, while biomass worst option. validate outcome demonstrate effect changing input data final results, sensitivity has been carried out. As key obstacles, political instability, high upfront costs, market access mechanisms influential prioritizing different RETs analyzing inherent utilization would offer insightful guidance policymakers, enabling them establish efficient strategies overcoming accelerating deployment country.
