In multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), accurately quantifying qualitative data and simulating real-world scenarios remains a significant challenge, particularly in the presence of inherent imprecision incompleteness information. Fuzzy logic, recognized for its capacity to model uncertainty ambiguity, emerges as pivotal theory processes. This study introduces an enhancement Defining Interrelationships Between Ranked Criteria II (DIBR II) method, employing triangular fuzzy numbers with variable confidence intervals determination criteria weight coefficients-essential assessing their significance impact on final decisions. The enhanced hereafter referred Fuzzy-DIBR (F-DIBR II), is elaborated upon through comprehensive description algorithmic steps, underscored by numerical example that highlights potential. Validation F-DIBR undertaken via comparative analysis against traditional DIBR approach, placing particular emphasis application within Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) framework, geared towards evaluating sustainable mobility measures. focal point not only reaffirms necessity integrating logic into methodology but also validates practical applicability addressing issues. The capacity of transport infrastructure is one the very important tasks in engineering, which depends mostly on geometric characteristics road and headway analysis. In this paper, we have considered 14 sections determined their efficiency based We developed a novel interval fuzzy-rough-number decision-making model consisting DEA (data envelopment analysis), IFRN SWARA (interval-valued stepwise weight-assessment-ratio WASPAS weighted-aggregate sum–product assessment) methods. main contribution study new extension method with fuzzy rough numbers. Firstly, was applied to determine according seven input–output parameters. Seven out fourteen alternatives showed full were implemented further model. After that, used for calculation final weights, while ranking sections. results show that two are similar almost equal efficiency, other stable. Over 1.1 million deaths occur annually from workplace injuries and diseases, with higher risks in developing countries. Occupational safety studies commonly use quantitative or qualitative methods, but these often fail to address uncertainty. This research targets the Libyan Steel Company (LISCO), aiming analyze develop a structured approach identify optimal risk mitigation strategies. To this end, Fuzzy Weights by ENvelope SLOpe (F-WENSLO) method was chosen determine weights of three main total 18 sub-risks belonging them, fuzzy Bonferroni mean aggregation operator is applied synthesize expert opinions. The Alternative Ranking Technique based on Adaptive Standardized Intervals (F-ARTASI) used rank most appropriate interventions. We introduce the concept of logarithmic square root neutrosophic normal interval-valued set (LO-SRNSNIVS) based on multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) problems that can be solved in our communication. This paper attempts to demystify the stability of CoCoSo ranking method via a comprehensive simulation experiment. In experiment, matrices different dimensions are generated Python with fuzzy data.
