This research was conducted to find out how the curriculum development design for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masters of Teacher Education Study program led superior accreditation, implement towards as well learning outcomes in study program. is a mixed with sequential explanatory approach. Objective: This study evaluated the implementation of Performance Assessment for Islamic School Principals using CIPP approach (Context, Input, Process, Product) to assess relevance its objectives, adequacy inputs, effectiveness processes, and impact on quality education in schools. Method: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals supervisors direct observations several Results: The results indicated that objectives aligned needs schools improving educational quality. However, challenges existed form supervisor competencies limited technological infrastructure, affecting implementing Principals. process followed established procedures but still faced technical administrative obstacles. was significant, particularly strengthening management enhancing teacher competencies. The main objective of this study is to examine the tahfidz (memorization) program Qur'an at MTs. Al Furqon Siliragung Banyuwangi which implements management functions. implementation functions into memorization curriculum a transformation madrasah in developing its education. This uses qualitative approach based on case design. research informants include head madrasah, deputy for curriculum, and homeroom teacher. Data collection through participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation. theory Miles, Huberman, Saldana used data analysis condensation, presentation, drawing conclusions/verification. Test validity with reliability, confirmability, credibility. Furthermore, researcher checks adequacy references, member checking, triangulation, peer discussion, continuous monitoring accuracy data. Based results, there are three steps that can be taken plan implement successful Al-Qur'an program, namely: 1) setting goals discussions regular meetings, determining what materials needed, identifying educator needs. 2) building an organizational structure pays attention educator's field expertise. 3) implementing learning process follows system agreed upon by educators, using innovative strategies improve methods, namely Talqin Talaqqi, 4). This research aims to understand the role and impact of implementing strategic plans in improving quality education at Alauddin State Islamic University, Makassar.
