Teachers are the key to success of a nation in improving quality life its people future. This research aims find gaps with previous which makes four main points be used as questions this research, namely 1. This study investigates how the principal's leadership affects school quality improvement. The research was conducted at MI Al-Ikhlas Cikawung using a quantitative approach, involving survey methods and correlation analysis. participants included teachers administrators from Islamic boarding schools, with sample size of 31 people. Data collection involved questionnaires interviews, both which were found to be valid reliable. normality data assessed Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. findings indicate very strong relationship between education Cikawung, coefficient 0.907. analysis revealed that explains 81.2% variation in educational quality, while remaining 18.8% is attributed external factors, as shown by regression equation model Y = 18.12 + 0.66X.
