Studies conducted in the last four years show conflicting findings on role of environment survival, stability, and transmission SARS-CoV-2. Based current evidence, factors that affect severity COVID-19 include host interaction, environmental virus volume, transmission, social interactions, restriction measures. Moreover, persistence depends different conditions, videlicet temperature, humidity, pH, salinity, solar radiation. The outbreak respiratory viruses is related mainly to temperature geographical locations (latitude). In SARS-CoV-2, humidity seem play a fundamental role. studies have indicated health such as equitable systems, hygiene, underlying diseases played pivotal incidence COVID-19. Therefore, addressing issues associated with reducing SARS-CoV-2 outbreaks plays an essential global health. contrast, stimuli are unknown. Given ongoing threat pandemic, it important understand respond quickly emerging variants while implementing long-term sustainable control strategies. This review discusses conditions

Progression of today's world has been given setback due to the adversity a novel, viral, deadly outbreak COVID 19, which raised concerns scientists, researchers and health related officials about inherent adaptive immune system living body its relation with healthy diet balanced pharma foods. Now is coming out destructive pandemic era, choice right food can help build boost immunity pumpkin excellent profile functional nutraceutical constituents could be part both infected non-infected person's daily diet. Vitamins like A, C E, minerals zinc, iron selenium, essential oils, peptides, carotenoids polysaccharides present in accommodate prevailing deficiencies fought against viral pathogens. In current post 19 scenario adequate supply diet, foods play basic role boosting populations. This review covers pharmacological activities pandemic. Pumpkins are well equipped nutraceuticals bioactives tocopherols, polyphenols, terpenoids lutein therefore, consumption processing this remarkable vegetable encouraged as antihyperlipidemic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antihyperglycemic, immunomodulatory, antihypertensive, antimicrobial antioxidant potential. Need eating period very crucial for population, medicinal vital developing community around globe.

The current global pandemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) COVID-19 has infected hundreds millions people, killed millions, and continues to pose a threat. It become one the largest epidemics in human history, causing enormous damage people’s lives economies whole world. However, there are still many uncertainties continued attention impact SARS-CoV-2 on health. entry into host cells is facilitated by binding spike protein virus surface cell receptor angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE2). Furthermore, transmembrane protease serine (TMPRSS2) that cleaves proteolytically activates its S protein, which necessary for viral infection. Thus, uses ACE2 initiates using TMPRSS2. Schizophyllum commune (SC) most widely distributed fungi, often found rotten wood trees been have various health benefits, including anticancer, antimicrobial activity, antiparasitic, immunomodulatory function. In this article, SC significantly diminished expression TMPRSS2 vitro vivo without damage. addition, adenosine from was also proven experiment reduce expression. our findings suggest exhibit potential repression infection via axis.
