This paper explores using the LearningApps.org online resource and information devices such as computers, interactive whiteboards, tablets, smartphones, websites in teaching Biology secondary school. An experimental methodology involving exercises, smartphone apps, was developed tested. The aims to increase effectiveness of biology education by leveraging educational technology.
