Zusammenfassung Häusliche Gewalt verursacht nicht nur unermessliches Leid bei den Betroffenen, sondern stellt auch ein gesellschaftspolitisches Problem dar, weil sie im weitesten Sinne Gegengewalt erzeugt. Kinder und Jugendliche, die von elterlicher Paargewalt betroffen sind, haben höheres Risiko, selbst Opfer zu werden, sich gewalttätig verhalten. Die Folgen sind manchmal noch Jahre später spüren. Um diesen Teufelskreis durchbrechen, ist Gewaltprävention auf verschiedensten Ebenen notwendig. Dazu müssen alle am Fall beteiligten Fachkräfte zusammenstehen für Formen, Auswirkungen häuslicher sensibilisiert werden. Der Beitrag des Bedrohungsmanagements besteht u. a. darin, der Risikoeinschätzung unterstützen Wissen vermitteln.

Adverse Childhood Events, Personality Disorders, and Multimorbidity in Older Adults: Exploring the Connections

We investigated the association between adverse childhood events, personality disorders and multimorbidity in older adults. This is a cross-sectional analysis population of adults including 40 people with disorder 75 healthy controls. The Childhood Traumatic Events Scale was used to assess events. Multimorbidity defined as presence 2 or more predetermined chronic somatic psychiatric disorders. Logistic regression multimorbidity. No significant found events (OR = 1.03, 95% CI 0.96-1.09). significantly associated 12.95, 4.28-39.14). Overall, we did not find an prevalent subjects compared findings suggest that are both mental physical health challenges, underscoring importance integrated care approaches address aspects clinical practice.

Anxiety in young people: Analysis from a machine learning model

The study addresses the detection of anxiety symptoms in young people using artificial intelligence models. Questionnaires such as Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) are used to collect data, with a focus on early anxiety. Three machine learning models employed: Support Vector Machine (SVM), K Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Random Forest (RF), cross-validation assess their effectiveness. Results show that RF model is most efficient, an accuracy 91 %, surpassing previous studies. Significant predictors identified, parental education level, alcohol consumption, social security affiliation. A relationship observed between personal family history mental illness, well characteristics external model, depression. analysis results highlights importance considering not only clinical but also aspects health interventions. It suggested sample size be expanded future studies improve robustness model. In summary, demonstrates usefulness relevance addressing multidimensional factors assessment treatment this condition.
