Natural and human-made public health emergencies (PHEs), such as armed conflicts, floods, disease outbreaks, influence systems including interruption of delivery utilization services, increased service needs. However, the intensity types impacts these PHEs vary across countries due to several associated factors. This scoping review aimed synthesise available evidence on PHEs, their preparedness, impacts, responses.We conducted a published evidence. Studies were identified using search terms related two concepts: security primary care. We used Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses extension reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines select studies. adapted framework Arksey O'Malley. Data analyzed thematic analysis approach explained under three stages PHEs: responses.A total 64 studies included in this review. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has resulted in enormous related publications. However, the citation frequency of these documents and their influence on journal impact factor (JIF) are not well examined. We aimed to evaluate COVID-19 biomedical research publications frequency. searched Web Science using search terms "COVID-19," "SARS-Cov-2," "2019 corona*," "corona virus 2019," "coronavirus "novel infection" "2019-ncov." top 200 journals were defined as those with a higher number than other 2020. ratio was calculated average citations per item 2021 JIF for 2021, published 2020, 25.7 (range, 0-270). 3.84 0.26-16.58) 197 that recorded including JIFs 2020 1.77 0.68-8.89). significantly correlated (r = 0.403, P 0.010). This survey examined healthcare professionals' knowledge, views, and perceptions of the responsibilities functions Research Ethics Committees (RECs). Convenience sampling adopted, distributed via social media platforms. based an analysis questionnaires filled 182 responders (104 females [57.1%] 76 males [41.8%]), with a median age 36. respondents were from 28 different countries. top three countries most Kazakhstan (n = 83), Türkiye 33) Poland 10).
