Recently, microalgae have gained attention as a sustainable source of n-3 FAs, they primary producers EPA DHA in aquatic ecosystems. This review examines production extraction methods, evaluating their efficiency oxidative stability. The omega-3 market grown significantly, with a global from an estimated USD 2.10 billion in 2020 predicted nearly 3.61 2028. However, obtaining sufficient supply high-quality stable can be challenging. Currently, fish oil serves as primary source market, it several drawbacks, high cost, inconsistent product quality, uncertainties its sustainability ecological impact. Therefore, advanced anti-biofilms are required with novel attributes targets, such as quorum sensing communication system. Abstract Microalgae are considered to be a promising group of organisms for fuel production, waste processing, pharmaceutical applications, and as source food components. Comprehensive Summary Polyhydroxyurethanes (PHUs) have received considerable attention in the last decade as potential alternatives to traditional phosgene‐based polyurethanes (PUs). The development of suitable 5CC (five membered‐ring cyclic carbonate) precursors bearing multiple carbonate moieties (multi‐5CCs) is a key requisite for preparing PHUs by polyaddition reaction with bis‐ or polyamines.
