This review highlights recent progress in exosome-based drug delivery for cancer therapy, covering exosome biogenesis, cargo selection mechanisms, and their application across multiple types. As small extracellular vesicles, exosomes exhibit high biocompatibility low immunogenicity, making them ideal vehicles capable of efficiently targeting cells, minimizing off-target damage side effects. aims to explore the potential with a focus on applications chemotherapy, gene immunomodulation. Additionally, challenges related production standardization are analyzed, highlighting importance addressing these issues clinical application. Heart diseases are the primary cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide which inflict a heavy social economic burden. Among heart diseases, most deaths due to myocardial infarction (MI) or attack, occurs when decrement in blood flow causes injury cardiac tissue. Despite several available diagnostic, therapeutic, prognostic approaches, disease remains significant concern. Exosomes kind small extracellular vesicles released by different types cells that play part intercellular communication transferring bioactive molecules important regenerative medicine. Many studies have reported role exosomes various diseases. Herein, we reviewed roles as new emerging agents including ischemic disease, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, valvular focusing on pathogenesis, areas. We also mentioned routes exosome delivery target tissues, effects preconditioning modification exosome's capability, production compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP), their ongoing clinical applications medical contexts shed light possible translation.
