Expressional
profiling

window

(WOI).

pipeline

TAC-seq

After
more
than
four
decades
of
assisted
reproductive
technology
(ART)
practice
worldwide,
today
60%
women
undergoing
in
vitro
fertilization
(IVF)
treatments
fail
to
become
pregnant
after
the
first
embryo
transfer
and
nearly
20%
patients
are
suffering
from
unexplained
recurrent
implantation
failures
(RIFs)
repeated
pregnancy
loss
(RPL).
The
literature
reported
different
causes
RIF–RPL,
mainly
multifactorial,
endometrial
idiopathic.
RIF
remains
a
black
box
because
complicated
categorization
this
physio-pathological
dysregulation
process
ovarian
stimulation.
Many
options
were
suggested
as
solutions
treat
RIF–RPL
with
controversial
results
on
their
usefulness.
In
article,
we
reviewed
possible
therapeutic
improve
rates
clinical
outcomes.
Based
our
experience
believe
that
endometrium
immunomodulation

insemination

cells
