Prostate cancer (PC) is a common malignancy and one of the leading causes cancer-related death in men worldwide. Osteosarcoma (OS) most bone cancer, representing 20–40% all cases. Cancer metastasis process by which malignant tumor cells detach from primary site via cascade processes migrate to secondary sites through blood circulation or lymphatic system colonize form tumors. PC has specific affinity based on “seed soil” theory; once reach bone, it becomes incurable. Several studies have identified long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) as potential targets for therapy diagnostic prognostic biomarkers. The dysregulation various lncRNAs been found types, including PC, OS, metastasis. However, mechanisms underlying lncRNA oncogenic activity progression are extremely complex remain incompletely understood. Therefore, understanding their role mechanism may help better manage treat this malignancy. aim review summarize current knowledge involvement

Epigenetic factors are critical regulators of biological and pathological mechanisms they could interact with different molecular pathways. Targeting epigenetic has been an idea approach in disease therapy, especially cancer. Accumulating evidence highlighted function long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) as cancer initiation development focused on their association downstream targets. microRNAs (miRNAs) the most well-known targets lncRNAs present review focuses lncRNA-miRNA axis malignancy therapy resistance tumors. LncRNA-miRNA regulates cell death such apoptosis autophagy cancers. This affects tumor metastasis via regulating EMT MMPs. Besides, determines sensitivity cells to chemotherapy, radiotherapy immunotherapy. Based studies, can be affected by drugs genetic tools this may affect expression level miRNAs targets, leading suppression/progression. LncRNAs have both tumor-promoting tumor-suppressor functions unique complicated implication therapy. also other signaling networks PI3K/Akt, STAT3, Wnt/β-catenin EZH2 among others. Notably, lncRNA/miRNA considered a signature for diagnosis prognosis

Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) is one of the common women reproductive endocrine diseases which adversely impacts female fertility, but etiology and pathogenesis still remain elusive. Recently increasing researches focus on roles lncRNA in POI. LncRNA DANCR was involved cell differentiation multiple cancers. It's highly expressed ovary while role POI unknown. Here, we identify a new related DANCR, negatively contributes to granulosa cells aging follicular atresia. proved be decreasingly patients' cells. Additionally, Dancr knockout (Dancr-/-) mice were constructed characterized with phenotypes fertility decline, compared Dancr+/+ mice. Further, vitro experiments indicated that knockdown led series aging-related changes including proliferation inhibition, cycle G1 arrest DNA damage. Mechanism research revealed binds hNRNPC p53, attenuates binding thus enhancing protein level p53 promoting significantly. The newly identified inhibits p53-dependent by regulating hNRNPC-p53 interaction, eventually counteracting This provides insights into potential target for future diagnosis treatment.

Bladder cancer is a common disease associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality. Although immunotherapy approaches such as adoptive T-cell therapy immune checkpoint blockade have been investigated for the treatment bladder cancer, their off-target effects ability to affect only single targets led clinical outcomes that are far from satisfactory. Therefore, it important identify novel can effectively control tumor growth metastasis. It well known long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) powerful regulators gene expression. Increasing evidence has shown dysregulated lncRNAs in involved cell proliferation, migration, invasion, apoptosis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). In this review, we focus on roles underlying mechanisms lncRNA-mediated competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks regulation progression. addition, discuss potential targeting ceRNA overcome resistance its association clinicopathological features patients. We hope review will stimulate research develop more effective therapeutic treatment.

Abstract Background This study attempted to investigate the role of exosome ELFN1‐AS1 in gastric cancer (GC). Methods The used various techniques determine level exosomal GC tissue and cells, including quantitative real‐time PCR . Pull‐down assay dual‐luciferase reporter were employed identify interactions between miR‐4644, as well miR‐4644 PKM. Western blot was explore potential regulatory mechanism. Several vitro assays conducted xenograft models impacts on development, metastasis macrophage polarization. Results upregulated with high enrichment GC‐derived exosomes. Exosomal enhances cell abilities stemness GC. targeted regulated which triggered PKM expression. modulated glycolysis via an HIF‐1α dependent manner GC, promoting M2 polarization recruitment. Furthermore, enhanced growth, vivo. Conclusions suggests that could be a promising biomarker for diagnosis treatment

The expression DANCR in FLT3-ITD had not been paid attention to, and whether its regulatory relationship with IGF2BP2 can affect progression was unclear. Our study sought to verify biological role as an m6A reading protein AML. To further explore mechanism AML, provide a basis screening biomarkers development targeted drugs. results show that upregulated FLT3-ITD+ patients cells.
