Primary cilium projects from cells to provide a communication platform with neighboring and the surrounding environment. This is ensured by selective entry of membrane receptors signaling molecules, producing fine-tuned effective responses extracellular cues. In this study, we focused on one family fibroblast growth factor (FGFRs), their residence within cilia, its role in FGFR signaling. We show that FGFR1 FGFR2, but not FGFR3 FGFR4, localize primary cilia developing mouse tissues vitro cells.
