Cancer is the disease that poses greatest threat to human health today. Among them, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) particularly prominent due its high recurrence rate and extremely low five-year postoperative survival rate. In addition surgical treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy are main methods for treating HCC. Due natural drug resistance of chemoradiotherapy targeted drugs, satisfactory results have not been achieved in terms therapeutic efficacy cost.
