Cancer is the disease that poses greatest threat to human health today. Among them, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) particularly prominent due its high recurrence rate and extremely low five-year postoperative survival rate. In addition surgical treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy are main methods for treating HCC. Due natural drug resistance of chemoradiotherapy targeted drugs, satisfactory results have not been achieved in terms therapeutic efficacy cost. AMP-Activated Protein Kinase (AMPK) a serine/threonine protein kinase. It mainly coordinates metabolism transformation energy between cells, which maintaining balance supply demand. The processes cell growth, proliferation, autophagy, all involve various reaction cells changes. regulatory role AMPK cellular plays an important occurrence, development, prognosis Here, we reviewed latest progress on occurrence development Firstly, molecular structure activation mechanism were introduced. Secondly, emerging regulator related tumors elaborated. Next, multitasking roles HCC discussed separately. Finally, translational implications challenges AMPK-targeted therapies treatment summary, these pieces information suggest can serve as promising specific target

Extracellular vesicles, or EVs, are membrane-bound nanocompartments produced by tumor cells. EVs carry proteins and nucleic acids from host cells to target cells, where they can transfer lipids, proteomes, genetic material change the function of serve as reservoirs for mobile cellular signals. The collection using less invasive processes has piqued interest many researchers. Exosomes substances that suppress immune system. If results exosome screening negative, immunotherapy will be beneficial GC patients. In this study, we provide an update on based ongoing review papers clinical trials.
